  • Accept coming-soon (with image) — slotcatalog already has a real image. AI runs as usual; the slot is published with coming_soon=1 and keeps being revisited weekly.
  • Accept coming-soon (no image) — placeholder image. AI does NOT run (no tokens burned on junk). You pick types and themes by hand — without a type, Submit is blocked (ADR-0007). The slot is published coming_soon=1 + force_added=1; once a real image appears, Refetch clears the force flag and re-runs AI.
